Workshops

Anusara in Europe is ever-EXPANDING, and weekend workshops are an important vehicle for this expansion. Each workshop is a unique event, and since the number of Anusara teachers in Europe is growing and others are visiting from abroad, we have many opportunities to expand our Consciousness with Anusara Yoga!

I am thrilled to support the aspirations of teachers and students all over Europe with weekend workshops and retreats. It’s great to see how different Anusara teachers are building community, each unique in its reflection of local culture, all aligning with the life-affirming vision of Anusara Yoga.
