Teacher TrainingThe Anusara Yoga Teacher Training curriculum is specifically designed to instruct participants how to teach Anusara Yoga. Before applying for a teacher training, one should have a strong working knowledge of Anusara philosophy and the Universal Principles of Alignment, which can be gained through the Level 1 Immersion. Teacher Training Program in Amersfoort NetherlandsIn 2008, we will begin a full 108-hour teacher training program in my home of Amersfoort, Netherlands. Beginning October 3rd-5th, This training will consist of six 3-day weekends. With the Immersion, this program will be registered with the Yoga Alliance of the U.S. at the 200-hour level. Teachers Intensive:with Anusara Certification Committee Members Jayendra Hanley and Jim Bernaert, along with senior teacher trainer Ruthie Bernaert.WHEN: Monday to Wednesday, September 29th – October 1st:WHERE: St. Victor la Coste France.This Teacher Training Intensive is a follow-up to a 5-day training that Jayendra offered in April 2008 near Nantes. Teachers who have completed other Anusara Yoga teacher trainings are also very warmly invited to this unique event. In this training, each participant will prepare and teach a 30 minute asana session and receive detailed feedback on their teaching from members of the Anusara Certification Committee, which they can then use to prepare for Anusara-Inspired or Certified status.
