Teacher TrainingThe Anusara Yoga Teacher Training curriculum is specifically designed to instruct participants how to teach Anusara Yoga. Before applying for a teacher training, one should have a strong working knowledge of Anusara philosophy and the Universal Principles of Alignment, which can be gained through the Level 1 Immersion. Teacher Training Program in Madrid SpainThe next Teacher Training program that I will be directing will occur in Madrid Spain, beginning in October 2009. In Anusara Yoga, a teacher training program is open to students who have completed a 108-hour Immersion program.
