Anusara® yoga Workshops

Anusara in Europe is ever-EXPANDING, and weekend workshops are an important vehicle for this expansion. Each workshop is a unique event, and since the number of Anusara teachers in Europe is growing and others are visiting from abroad, we have many opportunities to expand our Consciousness with Anusara Yoga!

This coming year, I am fortunate to be able to offer workshops in many exciting places in Europe and around the world, and I invite you to join me on the Anusara path!

Semi di Crescita in Calice Ligure (Savona) Italy. The first three days is a "Yoga Vacation" for experienced students of Anusara Yoga, then on Friday evening we begin another beautiful retreat in Semi di Crescita.
