Immersions:An Anusara Immersion is an in-depth study of Anusara® yoga. In a series of workshops of at least 100 hours, we cover in detail all the basic elements of philosophy and asana alignment technique for Anusara Yoga. The Immersion is designed to provide a good foundation of practical understanding of Anusara Yoga for all students who want to immerse themselves in Anusara Yoga, and for those students who wish to enter into Anusara Yoga Teacher Training. An Immersion is an opportunity to go deeply into your practice, into the Universal Principles of Alignment ™, into the life-affirming philosophy of Shiva-Shakti Tantra, and into our own Selves. My friend Cristin Tighe recently moved to Accra, and has asked me to visit to offer an Immersion in Anusara Yoga. Part 1 will be October 22-23 and 28-30 with a packaged tour and time at the beach in between. If there is interest, then parts 2 and 3 will happen in January and March 2012. Joining us for different sessions will be philosophy teacher Carlos Pomeda and my good friends, Jim and Ruthie Bernaert. Amersfoort and Limburg the NetherlandsMy next Immersion in my home, the Netherlands, will begin the weekend of May 19-20 in Amersfoort. It will include two retreats at Hotel Kadampa in Limburg.
