Anusara® yoga Classes in Holland

Anusara yoga is really expanding in Europe, and especially in Holland!

  • We now have 10 Anusara-Inspired teachers in the Netherlands!
  • In 2011, I am leading a teacher training that is full at 25 participants and an Immersion that is full with a waiing list! It's quite an honor to be part of the growth of Anusara in Europe.
  • Plus many certified teachers from the U.S. are visiting Holland each year.

I want to highlight one other studio, De Yoga Studio in Den Bosch. The two directors and main teachers, Laura and Petra, are studying Anusara Yoga and doing a beautiful job of building community in their part of the country.

Jayendra's Class Schedule

Amsterdam

Tuesday 20:00 – 21:30 at Delight Yoga in Amsterdam. When I’m not in town, my friend and student Chantal Soeters teaches this class.

Amersfoort

The first Wednesday that I am avaialable each month, I am leading a practice at Bindi Yoga Studio in Amersfoort from 10:30 – 12:30. Bindi is at Bergstraat 6, www.bindi.nu. In the coming months classes will be on;
